Research Methods

We utilise a range of research methods to obtain accurate data in order to meet client's needs. Methodologies are determined in consultation with clients in order to address the specific needs of the brief or project.

The interviewing techniques we utilise include the following:

Telephone interviews including CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviews)
Self-completion surveys (distributed via mail/fax/email)
Focus groups (8-12 participants) and/or mini groups (4-6 participants)
Face-to-face depth interviews
Business-to-business research
Qualitative Recruitment
